Designed to inspire and empower you while developing your skills and confidence, this program equips you for working with children of all ages. It provides age- and developmentally stage-appropriate chiropractic assessment, clinical decision making and adjustments. The seminar offers a neurological approach to healthy development in babies and children.

The focus is on a chiropractic wellness perspective with a collaborative approach to support healthy development across the infant to adolescent years.

This is a hands-on program with a focus on neuro-developmentally appropriate adjusting of the spine and cranial-dural system for health. We address some of the leading challenges with infant health and development, and teach exciting homecare plans to facilitate growth.

• Assessment of the Infant and Older Child - including primitive and postural reflexes, movement, balance, co ordination, hypotonia and cerebellar development
• The Cranial-Dural system - Anatomy, physiology, assessment and adjusting
• Spine - Techniques for adjusting the spine in different age groups 
• Hips, Pelvis - includes hip assessment for developmental dysplasia
• The Brain - the afferent brain model and how the environment influences development
• Clinical Pearls - Unsettled babies, postural distortions, sleep, self-regulation, mouth breathing, tongue-tie, craniofacial development, primitive reflex integration, and language
• Homecare - Plasticising pathways for growing brains
• Communication - Consent, connection, and intra and interprofessional collaboration

The content covered in this live Masterclass also provides an opportunity for hands-on experience, questions and class connection. 

Presented by Dr Genevieve Keating and Dr Rosemary Keating, leaders in Chiropractic children's health, learning & development.

Both Genevieve and Rosemary are experienced Chiropractors, Facilitators, Diplomates of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. Gen has a PhD in Early Childhood Development and Rose holds a Master of Chiropractic Paediatrics.  With a combined 70 years in clinical practice, and over 60 years in educating chiropractors and allied professions, we have worked diligently to advocate for safe and effective chiropractic care for families.
